•Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
•Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped via standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
•Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
•Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
•Manely Natural is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
•Manely Natural is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.
•If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
•Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We cannot update addresses once an order has been processed.
•Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.
Damaged or Defective Items
•If you of delivery with a clear photo evidence. If approved, we will provide replacement at no additional cost.
•We do not offer refunds or returns on any products. All sales are final.
